Delivery and Returns
Lacrosse Down Under delivers across New Zealand via Tracked Courier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.
Orders for Australia are sent via International NZ Post.
We aim to fulfil all orders within 24hrs (Monday - Friday) Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the Monday.
After receiving your email with tracking details please allow:
1 - 2 working days for Auckland deliveries
2 - 3 working days for North Island deliveries
3 - 4 working days for South Island deliveries
5 - 10 working days for Australia deliveries
If you are wanting your order sent to a Rural Address please ensure you select Rural Delivery at Checkout. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries and and include your RD number in your shipping address.
Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery. Courier delays are out of Lacrosse Down Under's control.
Items sent overseas may incur local taxes, levies, duty (or other regulatory charges) that if payable will be the responsibility of the receiver.
We will happily provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund subject to the following conditions;
- Contact is made with Lacrosse Down Under within 7 days of delivery
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
We reserve the right to refuse refund for any items purchased if the reason for returning the item is not deemed an acceptable reason for a refund.
The purchaser will be responsible for the return postage/shipping, packing and insurance costs of any items accepted for return. A refund will be issued once the items have been returned, in the same condition as purchased.
If your goods are faulty please contact us and we will be able to confirm if the item is covered under a manufacturers warranty or not. For example one of the main manufacturers has a warranty period of 6 months on lacrosse stick heads, handles and goggles but only 30 days for items such as gloves, shin guards and accessories. In general pockets and stringing aren't covered under warranty.
