Skills Camp Terms and Conditions
- Confirmation - Once we have received your registration form and payment through bank transfer you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you use your player name as the reference.
- Waiting list - If the registrations meet the camp capacity, we will create a waiting list.
- Risk of Injury – We will make every effort to ensure the camp is a safe environment however as with any sport there is always a risk of injury. In the event of an accident / injury we will administer appropriate first aid and if required contact emergency services. In the instance of an accident or emergency we will call the Emergency Contact given on the registration form.
- Pick up – Please collect your player on time at the end of the session –12.30pm.
- If you or your camp attendee have any concerns or questions about behaviour from another player or from any the coaches please tell them to come and talk to me directly during the day or call me – Sian 0220501300. We will not tolerate any kind of bullying.
- Refunds –
If a registration is cancelled more than 4 weeks out from camp dates then you will receive a full refund.
If a registration is cancelled between 2 - 4 weeks before the camp then you will receive 50% of your payment.
Unfortunately cancellations within 2 weeks of camp will receive no refund.
